Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By using anumix.com, purchasing from the Anumix Store, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services & scope
Development and marketing work is defined by a written proposal covering scope, timeline, and price. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.
3. Payments
Development projects are billed by milestone, marketing packages are billed monthly in advance, and store products are paid at checkout. Late payments may pause work.
4. Revisions & acceptance
Each design milestone includes two structured revision rounds. A milestone is considered accepted when approved in writing or used in production.
5. Intellectual property
On full payment, all custom code, designs, and materials created for your project transfer to you. Store products are licensed, not sold.
6. Refunds
Undelivered development milestones are refundable. Marketing packages are refundable pro-rata if deliverables were not met. Store products are refundable within 7 days only if faulty and unfixable.
7. Confidentiality
We keep client project information confidential and sign NDAs on request.
8. Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service or product concerned.
9. Termination & changes
Either party may end an engagement with written notice; completed work and due milestones remain payable. We may update these terms as services evolve.
